GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — Local 5 has obtained the name of the Preble High School teacher who has been placed on leave pending a police investigation into alleged inappropriate conduct with a former student.
Joee Demerath, the school’s assistant activities director, has been placed on administrative leave after reports surfaced that he allegedly sent a former student inappropriate text messages, according to the Preble High School website.

Demerath also coached the school’s intramural basketball team.
