The Appleton Public Arts Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM in the Council Chambers, 6th Floor, 100 N. Appleton Street. The committee will review images and layouts for the Welcome Tower in Houdini Plaza (121 W. College Avenue) and consider a proposal from Appleton Downtown Inc. to replace the College Avenue banners between Badger Avenue and Drew Street. Residents are welcome to attend or share input.
