KAUKAUNA (WLUK) — Five months after he went missing, a dog has been reunited with his owners.
It was back on Thanksgiving when Dusty escaped from his home in the town of Pipe in Fond du Lac County. 153 days later, he was safely captured in Kaukauna, according to a post Wednesday from the city’s police department. That’s a journey of approximately 27 miles, braving numerous winter storms — including Blizzard Elsa — and April’s historic rainfall.
