GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The city of Green Bay is hoping additional grant money can help close a $2 million funding gap for the second phase of the public amenities planned for the Shipyard District.
City officials say $10 million was budgeted in 2021 for the second phase of work, but construction costs now have an engineer estimating it will cost about $12 million.
