Prisoner convicted of fatal hate crime at Green Bay prison appeals conviction

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) — A prisoner convicted of a fatal hate crime at Green Bay Correctional Institution is now appealing his conviction.

Jackson Vogel filed a notice of appeal Thursday, challenging last year’s first-degree intentional homicide conviction.
