WALNUT COVE, N.C. (WGHP) — Traffic will be impacted after a tractor-trailer overturned near the county line between Forsyth and Stokes counties.
According to the Walnut Cove Fire and Rescue Facebook page, NC 311 near Fagg Road was closed due to an overturned truck blocking the road.
