HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — A High Point man accused of two felony cases stood in front of the judge for the first time today.
Victor Adulfo is charged with felony hit and run resulting in serious injury or death, attempted arson and breaking and entering with intent to terrorize and injure.
