WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — All lanes of West 27th Street between Shorefair and Millbrook Drive will be closed for several hours in Winston-Salem after a power outage.
Winston-Salem police say a power transformer went out, causing the loss of electricity. Residences and traffic lights are now without power on the north side of Winston-Salem.
The street is expected to stay closed for several hours as crews work on repairs. Drivers should find alternative routes…
