WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A teenager and his mother have been charged following a serious crash this week.
According to a press release from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, just before 12:30 p.m., deputies saw a vehicle “driving erratically” in the area of Indiana Avenue and North Patterson Avenue. They attempted to stop the driver but they refused to stop, and a pursuit was initiated but quickly canceled due to high speeds.
Around 2:45 p.m., the same vehicle was witnessed again driving erratically and law enforcement attempted another stop. The vehicle drove away once again, but crashed at the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Germanton Road, hitting another vehicle…
