WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Two lanes of the interstate will be closed for an extended time due to a crash.
According to Winston-Salem police, the left two eastbound lanes of I-40, near US 52, will be closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer. The off-ramp from US 52 south onto I-40 east is also shut down. Both of these will be shut down for “an extended period of time.”
The tractor-trailer is the only vehicle involved in the crash and all traffic is down to the far right lane…
