RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — A man accused of shooting someone in Liberty is now behind bars after deputies say he led them on a chase through Randolph County.
According to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began June 19 when a shooting victim showed up at a local hospital with gunshot wounds. Deputies traced the case back to a shooting on Allison Street Extension in Liberty and identified 31-year-old Mark Donovan Ray Graham as the suspect.
