1st juvenile cited in Winston-Salem amid curfew, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A 15-year-old was cited on Friday in connection to a vehicle break-in investigation, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.

At 2:30 a.m., officers with the WSPD responded to the 400 block of Byerly Road when they were told about a vehicle being broken into.

While responding, an officer found the suspect, and he ran away. Officers lost sight of the suspect, and the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit responded…
