Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities is implementing voluntary water conservation measures effective July 7 in response to increasingly dry conditions in Forsyth and surrounding counties, according to the utility.
The utility said it is asking customers to take Stage 1 conservation measures to limit water use and prevent waste throughout the system.
