ARCHDALE — You can take the boy out of Kornfield Kounty, but you can’t take Kornfield Kounty out of the boy.
And so it is that 65-year-old Jeff Smith, who grew up in Archdale but achieved his greatest fame as a regular cast member on the countrified comedy show “Hee Haw,” is still out there looking for laughs.
