MEBANE, N.C. — Several national retailers are coming to a massive new mixed-use development in Mebane, marking another major sign of growth along the Interstate 40 corridor in Alamance County.
Koury Corporation announced that Target, Burlington, Five Below, DSW, Michaels and PetSmart have signed leases at third & wood, an 83-acre development under construction near Trollingwood-Hawfields Road and Interstate 40, not far from the future Buc-ee’s location.
