A Pleasant Garden woman waits 3 months for Walmart pergola refund before WFMY News 2 gets results

PLEASANT GARDEN, N.C. — A Pleasant Garden woman says it took nearly three months, multiple phone calls and repeated attempts to submit photos before she finally received a refund for a damaged pergola purchased online from Walmart.

Regina Broadnax bought the metal pergola as a gift to herself ahead of a planned family reunion.
