Juvenile shot while ‘play fighting’ with family member in North Carolina, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem Police Department is releasing more information about a shooting that left a 14-year-old injured Friday afternoon.

Officers responded to a reported shooting just after 1:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of East 29th Stree, where a juvenile was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
