Storm chances all week as heat dissipates in Triad

PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C. (WGHP) — This is a day of transition when it comes to the weather forecast as a new, wetter pattern starts to develop.

We are expecting high temperatures to reach the mid-80s this afternoon.

Showers and a few thunderstorms continue overnight with lows in the upper-50s. The chance of rain is 90%.
