TRAVELERS REST, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The City of Travelers Rest announced that work has started on a new diagonal bicycle crossing.
The city said that the work on the crossing at the intersection of Main Street (U.S. 276) and Center Street/McElhaney Road is expected to last about three weeks.
During construction, officials said that the intersection will be closed to pedestrians and bicyclists, and there will be no connections between the north and south ends of the Swamp Rabbit Trail…
