New South Carolina UTV law: Police clear up confusion

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Gov. Henry McMaster recently signed a bill that will allow UTVs (utility terrain vehicles) on South Carolina roads, set to take effect on November 18.

The upcoming law, however, has led to confusion among the public and law enforcement, particularly in areas like Anderson County.
