ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Journey Black Foundation is calling for an independent investigation into alleged excessive force during an arrest in Anderson County.
The foundation said it believes that Tavaris Suave Richardson was the victim of excessive force during his arrest.
