(WSPA) – Mostly dry weather returns through Saturday night. Overnight lows are in the mid to lower 70s, upper 60s in the mountains.
Sunday will start off dry, but afternoon showers and storms will develop across the area by the afternoon and evening, and some could even become strong to severe with gusty winds and heavy downpours. The storms are fueled by hot and humid conditions, with highs in the low to mid 90s, mid 80s in the mountains. Feels-like temperatures in the Upstate will be above 100.
