GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Greenville city leaders and developers broke ground on the site of a new affordable housing development on Wednesday morning.
Designed for adults 55 and older earning between $20,000 and $60,000 annually, the 54-unit affordable apartment community at Southernside West is expected to be completed by October 2027.
“Greenville’s success depends on ensuring people of all ages and income levels, including seniors, can continue to call Greenville home,” said Mayor Knox White.
