AG Freight LLC, a transportation and logistics company in Piedmont, has been acquired by Michigan-based Behnke Dedicated & Logistics for an undisclosed sum.
Behnke Logistics provides transportation, warehousing, distribution and integrated logistics services throughout the Midwest. Ben Behnke, CEO of Behnke Logistics, said acquiring AG Freight gives the company a foothold in the Southeast.
