PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Pickens County Coroner’s Office has identified a woman who died following a head-on crash in Pickens County on Friday morning that also left another in the hospital.
The coroner identified the victim as 64-year-old Barbara Dean Walls from Easley. Her death was ruled an accident.
