SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greer Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that happened late Thursday.
Police said the crash happened just after 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of East Wade Hampton Boulevard and Arlington Road in Greer. Preliminary information indicates a Chevrolet pickup truck struck the back of a semi-truck trailer at the intersection. The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
