Early morning fire damages outbuilding, vehicle in Spartanburg Co.

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A blaze early Thursday morning in Spartanburg County involved an outbuilding and a vehicle, resulting in no injuries but significant damage.

Multiple agencies responded to a residential structure fire around 4:37 a.m. in the 800 block of Fairfax Street.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a fully involved outbuilding and a fully involved vehicle, with the fire spreading to two other structures. The Una Fire Department reported the incident, where firefighters initiated fire attack operations, performed search and ventilation, established a water supply and set up rehab.

Following the extinguishment of the fire, a Spartanburg County investigator was requested to assist with determining the cause of the blaze…
