Motorists traveling through Lower Paxton and South Hanover townships will need to find alternate routes this weekend as a section of Nyes Road closes for bridge construction work.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will close Nyes Road between Conway Road and Willoughby Road starting at 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, through 5 a.m. Monday, June 1. The temporary closure will allow crews to set up a single-lane traffic pattern controlled by temporary signals at the Beaver Creek bridge.
