Central Pa.’s spring drought could lead to water conservation orders, but end may be in sight

The drought picture across central Pennsylvania is looking a bit brighter, but concerns linger in a number of counties.

Adams County has seen its status improve from a drought warning to a watch, said the state Department of Environmental Protection.
