DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have filed charges against three adults and three kids after a fight erupted at an event held before the Steelton-Highspire prom.
On Thursday, the Swatara Township Police Department announced disorderly conduct charges against Starr Lynch, Yachanise Sellers and Jerrell Washington.
