NEW BLOOMFIELD, Pa. (WHTM) — Drivers in the New Bloomfield area will see a lane restriction as crews replace a box culvert south of town.
PennDOT said a project to replace the culvert will begin Monday on Route 34 — Spring Road — over Trout Run in Centre Township.
Huckleberry Road and Seiders Road will be closed during construction, and a detour will be in place using Irish Road and Jericho Road…
