One of the West Shore’s most anticipated restaurant projects, a sister location of a popular Hershey establishment, is running a few weeks behind schedule.
Chocolate Avenue Grill will open this fall at the former Grateful Goat Brewing & Provisions in East Pennsboro Township, said Brian Roadarmel, co-owner with Matthew Rabb.
