‘We’re going to get them:’ Law enforcement responds to PA skill games ruling

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Law enforcement officials and district attorneys are responding after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that skill games are slot machines.

Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo told CBS 21 on Tuesday, “we’re going to get them” when talking about the skill games.

The justices gave the legislature 120 days to figure out a framework to legalize or regulate the so called games of skill that have spread throughout the commonwealth. It’s estimated by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office that there are around 70,000 skill games in PA…
