A Lebanon County man is facing felony charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he assaulted a woman during a domestic incident in Pine Grove Borough early Thursday morning.
According to court documents, Delson Westley Mitchell, 26, of Lebanon, was charged on June 18 with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault, and a summary count of harassment.
State police were dispatched to a residence on the 100 block of North Tulpehocken Street at approximately 1:36 a.m. for a report of a physical domestic disturbance.
