A car crashed into a pillar outside of a store at the Tanger Outlets on Hershey on Sunday.
A witness told PennLive it seemed like the car was self-driving and first crashed into parked cars in a row of the parking lot, then turned to drive over a grassy area onto the street in front of the outlets.
