Multiple arrests made after ‘large gathering’ refuse to leave Lebanon County Rutter’s

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A group of four refused to leave a West Lebanon Township Rutter’s after being told by the police that loitering was no longer allowed, ending with multiple arrests being made.

On June 6, Rutter’s security told Wilhelm Montalvo-March, Milagros Galarza, Alberto Laureano, and Juan Ruiz-Figueroa to leave after buying their goods, according to Lebanon County Regional police.
