Disciplinary board rules on controversial attorney hired by Dauphin County DA’s office

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on Tuesday ruled in favor of reinstating the law license of a previously suspended public defender.

The move allows Bradley A. Winnick to start working as a Dauphin County prosecutor.
