A man used a club to break windows at his ex-boyfriend’s home in York, prompting a call to police that ended with an officer killing the victim’s dog and wounding the victim of the vandalism.

That’s according to an affidavit of probable cause filed against Robert Tuley, 44, who police say vandalized the victim’s home in the 300 block of W. Philadelphia Street in York twice before the police shooting, then came back three more times over the weekend pounding on the victim’s door.

Police charged Tuley with felony stalking and four misdemeanors: terroristic threats, assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police arrested Tuley Wednesday. He remained in the York County Prison, unable to post $15,000 cash bond…
