LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man has been arrested after breaking another man’s jaw after being told to slow down in an Elizabethtown neighborhood, according to the police.
Daniel Flowers has been charged with aggravated assault after reportedly attacking a man on June 17 on Hampden Road, Elizabethtown police announced.
