A 38-year-old Lebanon County man was arrested and jailed earlier this month after he attacked a man who was walking through his neighborhood with his wife, charging documents said.
At about 5:20 p.m. June 9, Elizabethtown Police were dispatched to an assault along the 700 block of Hampden Road.
