New Oxford man accused of jumping out front window to shoot visitor

A New Oxford man was charged with allegedly jumping out his window and shooting a man who was knocking on his door on Sunday afternoon, according to court records.

Julio Cesar Lua, 41, of Oxford Township, was charged with one felony count of aggravated assault with extreme indifference, according to charging documents filed in Oxford Township on July 5.

Lua, who was unable to post $250,000 monetary bail during his arraignment on Sunday, was held in Adams County Prison, court records said…
