CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Mechanicsburg man was arrested last week after state troopers say he caused a multi-car crash after fleeing from local police.
Raphall Pattereson, 35, allegedly fled from Hampden Township police while driving on Pennsylvania Route 581 on Monday afternoon.
