READING, Pa. (WHTM) — A local high schooler was identified as the victim in a fatal Independence Day shooting in Berks County.
The Berks County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Felipe Solis Rodriguez, Jr., 16, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County.
He was pronounced dead just before midnight on July 4 at Reading Hospital. He was taken there with gunshot wounds after a shooting in the city, the coroner’s office said. They did not mention specifically where the shooting occurred…
