Three people were charged Friday after a 5-year-old boy was found naked walking in the middle of a roadway in Swatara Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Troopers from PSP Jonestown responded around 7:29 a.m. July 10 to the area of Quarry Road and South Lancaster Street after receiving a report of a child in the roadway. According to police, bystanders remained with the child until troopers and emergency medical personnel arrived.
