CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Myerstown man has been arrested in connection to the near-fatal drowning of a 3-year-old.
On April 5, around 11:30 a.m., the child was taken to a local hospital from a hotel in Upper Allen Township.
