York County woman charged with DUI, child endangerment after single-vehicle rollover crash

YORK, Pa. — A York County woman is facing DUI and child endangerment charges after a one-vehicle crash last month in West Manchester Township.

Shadaya Jackson, 35, of Dover, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her Nissan Rogue on the 2000 block of Taxville Road shortly before 6:30 p.m. on the night of June 6, according to West Manchester Township Police.

The crash caused the vehicle to roll over several times before coming to rest on the passenger side, police claim. There were two children in the vehicle at the time of the crash, one of whom was not wearing a seat belt and sustained a “large, visible, bleeding laceration” to their upper right thigh, police said…
