CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An Upper Allen Township woman has been charged in connection with the suffocation death of a baby in September 2025, according to the police.
Katherine Tibbens, 40, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of children in connection with the death of a baby on Sept. 13.
