DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Police announced an arrest in two early-morning May burglaries at Dauphin County businesses.
According to the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police, Chester Heinzman is facing burglary charges following burglaries at Hibachi Buffet and Five Below on Jonestown Road in May. Heinzman was charged in June.
