The York area emergency medical services are mourning the sudden loss of an Advanced EMT in the community.
In a release issued on Wednesday afternoon, July 15, 2026, First Capital EMS announced the passing of active Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Thomas “Tommy” Hull, 36, of Hanover, who died unexpectedly on July 14, 2026.
