DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — It’s been more than a year since investigators reopened the decades-long cold case of missing Halifax teen Tracy Kroh.
Now, 37 years after she disappeared, one of Kroh’s distant cousins is speaking out, hoping someone somewhere has the answers that could bring Tracy home.
